In our Klarna check out you can choose from various payment methods, so of course it is possible to pay via iDeal | Wero, via Apple Pay, Credit Card (Visa and Master Card), Direct Debit or Post-pay via Klarna (Free, within 14 Days). 

If you choose Klarna Payment After Delivery, the payment process and communication about this goes through Klarna. Possible payment reminders or collection in case of late or non-payment are explicitly not handled by La Tarifa but by Klarna.

 

Shipping

 

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 3.95 (jewellery and beads) or € 5.95 (home accessories).

When spending € 50.00 or more, shipping within the Netherlands is free.

 

Shipping costs internationally within the EU amounts € 7.95 (from/jewellery and beads) or € 12.95 (from/home accessories).

When spending € 100,00or more, shipping within the EU is free.

 

Shipping costs international outside EUfrom € 9.95 (jewellery and beads) or from € 15.95 (home accessories).

 

Your order will be shipped the same day (Mon-Fri) after receipt of payment (before 16:00), and no later than the next working day (Mon), as letter post (jewellery and beads) or package (home accessories). During the ordering and shipping process you will receive email(s) from La Tarifa with the current status and track & trace. 

We pack your purchase standard with attention and as a gift, if you have specaile wishes, please indicate this in the comments section in the check-out!

 

Pick up in store

 If you choose 'pick up in store', there are of course no shipping costs and we will make sure your purchases are ready for you at the checkout as soon as possible. 

 

Returns

We naturally hope that your purchase is to your satisfaction, should anything not be to your liking;

Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt of the order.

How to return a product?

Prior to the return, please send us the following information by email:
- the order number
- the product you are returning
- reason for return

Please note: this email is necessary to carry out the return process, return parcels without notification or accompanying letter cannot be processed.

The product should be unused and undamaged, 'when reasonably possible' packed in the original packaging and returned in proper packaging. Preferably use a letterbox box for this purpose.

Returns are at your own risk. The shipping costs* are for your account and La Tarifa is not responsible for damaged or lost products. We therefore advise to always send the goods with track & trace and keep the proof of delivery until you have received a return confirmation from us. If it is suspected that returned articles have been used or damaged by the buyer, we reserve the right to refuse these articles.

The purchase amount of the article will be refunded within 5 working days. Please note that if you use 'Klarna payment afterwards', the financial processing is not done by us but by Klarna. It may therefore be that you with this payment optionYou still owe shipping costs after the return.

Our jewellery is mostly handmade from natural materials and may therefore differ slightly from the images shown.

It is not possible to return loose parts (beads, charms, etc.) and/or oulet items.

Online exchange is unfortunately not possible. If you want a different size, colour or product please place a new order.
