MADAM STOLTZ - AN AMAZING JOURNEY
The story of Madam Stoltz began in 1997, when Pernille first travelled to India on a voyage of discovery. She fell deeply in love with the country and its people. The locals called the young Danish adventurer 'Madam'.
After her return, she and Peter opened a shop in Copenhagen with carefully selected home accessories they had brought from India.
But the small business grew into something bigger. Wooden boxes delivered by the postman were soon replaced by 12-metre containers brought in by ship. To meet growing demand, the company ventured into the B2B market. Later, Pernille and Peter left busy city life to seek adventures in rural Bornholm, Pernille's birthplace.
Since then, the company has continued to grow and our products are now sold all over the world.
